I never have used QuickFile. Never seen it before. No one has brought up that issue before.

If you are having problems with logins, you can install CS Lite.

As for that control click, there is a much recent post you should be looking at:

QuickFile conflict?

one think I've noticed with ThunderBrowse - any page that want's user input - particularly logins and passwords etc ...

It seems that all the character shortcuts get used up by QuickFile before the Thunderbrowse add-on sees them.

Any workaround (other than disabling QuickFile?)

Also ... since I'm here already ...
you offer single click and middle click to select two out of three possible results when opening a link.
1) Open in current tab
2) Open in new tab
3) Open in browser

could you also offer ctrl+click to handle the third?
Currently I use click=same tab, middle=new tab and drag links to browser button on taskbar and then to browser page or tab-bar depending on whether I want a new tab or not.

Much of the time the drag-to-browser is because I know I will have to login (per above problem)

Regards ... Alec

There is an option already in the settings window.

Uncheck "Ask to launch browser on middle click?" from the Mouse Functions tab in the settings window.

Could you include an option to supress the confirmation screen when clicking "Visit in Browser"?

I would like to add another one I just discovered:
- Read It Later: allows you to save pages of interest to read later.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7661
Still in the sandbox, but with a great future!
